Senior Boxing Fitness
Tuesday and Thursday
8pm to 9pm
Boxing Fitness sessions are designed to put your fitness levels to the test. Everyone who attends is there to work to their own 100%, the only person you are trying to beat is you.
The group is very supportive of each other and everyone is at a different level. It doesn’t matter if your a total beginner of a fitness fanatic, you will all be challenged to reach your 100% work rate.
