Boxing Fitness sessions are designed to put your fitness levels to the test. Everyone who attends is there to work to their own 100%, the only person you are trying to beat is yourself.
The group is very supportive of each other and everyone is at a different level. It doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner or a fitness fanatic, you will all be challenged to reach your 100% work rate.
