The Youth Council is an elected group of young people who represent the needs of Crew Club members. The group meet throughout the year and debate a wide range of issues. A representative also attends the Crew Club trustees meeting where they feedback on any current issues.

The council is made up of young people from different age groups, genders, and ethnicities.
